Thanks.. I have EGR off, AGR delete. TTH400 turbo. 550i clutch with new n57 flywheel, EVO1 intercooler. Software done by Marcel Meyer - DITUPA You find a lot of info on YT about the guy.

Thanks! Nice, mine has 257 000 km and doing great. Clutch is slipping a little due to stage 3 but new gearbox oil and spoiling it is coming 25th :)

@@Brukisen wow great these are nice engines. Heard the twin turbos and 335 had some rod bearing issuses but probably cause of the lack of oil changes

@@Brukisen forgot to ask you. If you listen to the bottom of the car do you hear a faint slightly rattly noise. I was suspecting the oil pump chain on mine but al the chains and everything were replaced

It depends. These cars have a bigger risk of being hard driven by previous owners but as long as everything has been maintained, frequent oil service, changed fluids and parts being changed, they are reliable. However, they are coming to the age, so things break for sure. If you buy a 330D, prepare for repairing certain normal things due to its age, but the N57 and M57 in the 330D and 335D in general, are very reliable and powerful machines that can take a lot of power :)

@@S1L3NT__ Google for N47 engine problems, chains go a lot of times it’s expensive, transmission almost never gets serviced because bmw says it’s “longlife” oil. While ZF says 80.000km, so check the car well. Oil leaks/consumption , are known issue too. I learned kind of the hard was bought a 318d recently but I will replace air and keep it for a while (atleast 1 year) And ofcourse check the overall state of the car, what tires does it have, does it brake well, accelerate well, no weird steering feel, trans should shift very smoothly because it’s a transitional automatic not a dct/dsg. @@35dd thanks for advice, sadly on most used cars you never clearly get it unless you bought it and drive a while if the car eats a oil or not and coolant is it take it.. similar problems i had with audi's so just thought maybe x drive bmw 2009 to try it or some 320 series.. will see..

If you drive the car carefully and calmly you can easily do 6-7l/100km. The diesels have a really good fuel economy when you casually drive them :) I drive quite often fast and do many pulls so I have 9.8l/100km

@@Brukisen Combined I believe that. But stop and go city driving easily 6/7L? I was reading more like 9/10L

@@35dd In city I think it does somewhere around 6-8L/100km

@@Brukisen no way bro I had a 318d it did 10l/100 in start stop traffic my 330 does 13-15 and 6-7 at 120kmh on highway

@@saminasrat1903 ouch, that does not seem right. These diesel 3 series are known to be relatively good in fuel economy. Im on 9,9l/100km and most of the time I drive like a maniac. If I drive very calmly it goes down to around 7-8l/100km

Don’t have any knowledge with the M47 engine so can’t say sorry 😌

They are nice and reliable, but old and noisy :) Remove swirl flaps, replace crankcase breather filter regularly, and short oil change intervals and it will last a long time.
