Stupide question but how did you crank the engine to get the AC belt on?

part numbers on the belts? length? ac belt number ? length

What is the pulley directly above and to the left of the crank pulley if you are standing in front of the car? Is it an idler pulley?

how do you crank the engine without it starting?

Hold brake pedal, push start your engine and press it again quickly to shut it off. Or just just remove your foot off the brake pedal a second after you press the start button.
