In this video I've put side by side the e46 2.0d and the w203 2.2cdi to see which accelerates faster to 100km/h.

No way the difference is so big. I know how Mercedes C220 CDI accelerates and it does 0 - 100 km/h in under 10 seconds. Even if the BMW is a bit faster, no way the difference is noticeable or that big as this video shows. This video is misleading.

I could only hear the bmw sound and launch, it launched a second or two earlier than the c220, even though, its not supposed to be that big of a difference, either c220 is slow or e46 is remapped

Its abaolutly right..nothing wrong here i drive 220 150 hp its impossible to be under 10 sec ;)

Guys the bmw is Manual stock is 8.8 seconds and Mercedes auto 10.1. Auto box is slow and car 60kg heavier with slight less torque. Edit plus I've had both cars and the stock e46 150 was a quick car.

no way the mercedes lost by that much: i have the exact same version and power and it accelerates way more than the one in the video (i think yours might have some problems or maybe you have the esp still on)

The difference is very noticable, this w203 is very slow, my uncle’s W210 T model 220 cdi 143hp automatic is faster than that w203, the w203 was supposed to be a lot faster, it would go really close or equal to the bmw, if it was a manual it wouldve been even faster in acceleration

Comunque anche con la cv143 nel finale vince la Mercedes.
