Remove the sway bar links first so you don't break them like me.

You put the shock absorbers back thr wrong way completely screwing up the lower bushing. Also the jack technique is questionable as it strains the driveshafts hence the Bentley manual says you should disconnect them but this might be overkill.

I noticed when you did your rear spring you replace the shocker flat side in towards the wheels. ? which way is correct thanks anyway great video keep them coming love my e46

If possible could you do a video explaining the spring orientation for the front struts? I purchased Bilstein springs to replace the BMW OEM ones but they are slightly different.
