Great video, hopefully it's resolved. I did some more diag on my car and think my idle actuator has an issue. I replaced my throttle actuators a year and a half ago but not the idle actuators. Getting codes for it. Either this weekend or next I am going to try swapping the two banks and see if the code follows.

Yes, the idle actuators can cause DSC faults, but there will be fault codes for them. Check the idle actuator connections/wiring too, sometimes this can be the issue

Hopefully this fixes your issue. It definitely fixed ours, it did take us more than a year before able to zero on it. It was very inconsistent it would only fail every few months, etc. Was the ATE cable longer than the old cable? The revised BMW part was slightly longer than what in the factory.

I’ve been working on a follow up video to the last two DSC fault videos. Gonna run the M5 for one more week then finish it off. The ATE cable was same length as the one removed from the car, I checked them side by side out of curiosity, as I remembered you mentioned it in the comments previously

Hey M Tech Guy! A big fan here. I am having the exact same issue with my M6. Question: Can a faulty wheel speed sensor cause ABS to kick in randomly when braking on slow speed?

Hey TheGio777gio, thanks for following the channel. Yes, faulty wheel speed sensor can do a lot of weird things!

@@MTechGuy Thank you for your reply! I will scan the codes with ISTA+ when I get back home and hope it will show which sensor is faulty if any. P.S your content is priceless! I've done lots of maintenance work on my E64 M6 following your videos. Thank you again and please keep it coming!
