When is cold i usually switch the ignition on and off 2-3 times and it starts more easly.

The second warning light is the glow plugs, not wierd it has a hard time starting

It s the glow plug heating , not an error . But the relee is faulty anyway, still doing the same thing 2 years later

Du you press start without having the clutch down to start the glow plugs because mine is strugling so start but i just press start right when i get in and i dotn get the glow plugs icon dont know how to turn on the ignition without trying to start it

hello, if the glow plug icon doesn't show , you should check the glow plugs and the relay. I have a bad relay that only lights up the plugs for 1-2 seconds not 5 like it should.

@@ciprimarcu5380 the wierd thing is that it sometimes show and sometimes it dont. But the temperture is also just about cold enough for it needing the glow plugs. But i press start start with not tuching the clutch it should then know i want to start it soon and turn on the plugs for itself right? Or do you need to manually turn them on?

They will turn in when they know they need to. Starting the car directly with the clutch press it s fine, the glowplugs will heat before cranking the Engine. My relay is failing so something the glowplugs will heat, sometimes they wont

@@ciprimarcu5380 actually , in e9x series and newer bmw`s , the glow plugs start when you unlock the car. so if the glow plug indicator apears it just shows that they need just an extra time.
