My problem is that front right side fog light stays on all the time? And I don’t think its this, Any idea ?

check if that relay contacts got stuck

Hey man I'm having a similar issue I purchased a used LKM swapped it out but still have the same lights out.. Should I purchase another used LKM? The lights that are out are mostly on the passenger side I have a low beam headlight out, a passenger rear parking light out and also the passenger front side marker/signal light only works when I put my signal lights on but wont stay on like the driver side as they normally should.

for the rear light, there are bunch of wires that go to trunk lid, left side of the trunk, remove the tape you might have broken wires. very common. regarding headlights if one side works then most likely you just have burned bulb. if LMK relay doesn't work, both sides won't work.

lookup 91 manual, maybe yours have hazard light in separate relay

4th relay is for rear log lights on Euro spec cars and maybe Canada too. if your car is US market and you have 4 , someone likely swapped it and the 4th does nothing
