WOW, I cannot tell you how much this guy just saved me on my bill, I had a transmission problem, because I am younger and drive faster, the previous owner was an older woman and drove slow, and when I did the reset of the transmission it fixed itself. I need to meet this person in real life and hug him. If this guy who is in the video right now is reading this, I am so grateful for you. Thank you so much, you probably saved me around $2,310.

Same situation happened to me. I bought it from a one owner old lady and it was super jerky until I reset it and now it’s working smoothly 🙌🏻

Hey Nour, I an OLD man and an ex-mechanic, but I never owned a BMW before. But my wife fell in love with a 2006 BMW 325xi so I really appreciate your videos. I also appreciate you humbling yourself by admitting that you pronounced "valet" wrong. No biggie but shows your a gentleman to admit you were wrong. KEEP UP the good work.

Very good video!! I have a problem with 1 2 3 buttons on the rear view mirror. I can't seem to sync it with my garage door opener! I have spent hours clearing the code and syncing. Can you please advice how to reset this factory settings? I believe there may be an error code in the car on the bcd but I don't have a tool to check or know how to do this! Thanks in advance!

Great video! Owned a E92 for 3 years and I didn’t know about the waterpump feature! In the step of resetting the trans it should also reset the injection to standard values btw.

Can i reset the transmission the same way on my 528i 2009. I just bought it and took it for a long drive. When getting on to the freeway, i hit the gas hard then immediately let go of pedal cause i thought a car was coming and then hit it again and it jammed and said Transmission Malfunction. I pulled over, turned car off then restarted it and cleared the screen. And all was good again. So i wanna reset it, if its an adaptive transmission maybe it wasnt ready for that move i accidently did.

What do all the buttons on the control panel do? Have a few I have no idea what they are for. One looks like far going down hill one is he car and a light ones on near the front after one push and then one light comes on after second push but no clue what it is for.

It might be a bit late commenting on this but I just got a 2008 320d as my first car and am waiting for insurance so I have a rear brake light on and was thinking how to get rid of it and thanks to you I will give it a try !!

Question! For the automatic water pump, you said it takes about 10 to 15 minutes for the cycle to complete… How do I know when it’s actually done? I’m sitting here looking at a yellow exclamation point, and I’m not sure if that means it’s not done yet

I have a 328i xdrive 2009 e90 and the and the angel eyes light is off in the day just come one when I activate the headlights ant nigth or put on en the day normaly I using the auto headlights but I see another cars on the day with just the angel eyes lights on how I can do that??? I really appreciate if you help me and to put on the welcome light in the bottom of the front doors one time I disconect the battery and is not come on again... I don't know why... I don't have screen in my car to do anyting 😥 😥😢 thank you very much

My 2005 525i has an issue no one can figure out. When I drive the RPM's go up and down. It feels like a bad fuel injector but that it not the problem. It is really bad when I slow down and have to speed back up on a hill. Feels like bubbles in the gas! Do you think the transmission reset would help? My car doesn't show a code or anything. Ugh. I have owned the car 3 years after I bought it used so I am not sure if that will even help... Thank you!!

First thing I did when I bought my 330 was so the transmission reset and it was phenomenal the difference it made! Also are the radiator fans prone to failing? Mine doesn't turn on at all and I'm signing to diagnose it

Hmm. I'm having the same exact issue. When I'm in DS or D manual car shifts perfect. However in D it will have a jerky downshift into first gear. I will try the reset on the trans. I look forward to the video on replacing the transmission pan and the fluids. I just hit 100k so it's due to be changed. Thanks for the information on how to reset the trans. Greatly appreciated.

The LCI does not have a key hole on the trunk lid so when the battery is out there is no way of getting it open

If you reset your brake miliage it may kick your brake light on the dash, it did mine. I had to have the mechanic plug some wear values into the computer because i essentially told the car it had new brakes but the wear sensors were in conflict with that. He reset mine for free. The dealer said i had to have a brake job, that was 3 years ago.

Has to be "coded" in If in usa. But coded basically means unlocked.

Hi. I have a question...can anyone help me. I replace the head light and angel eye light bulbs on my 2008 328i. The head light I replace it with "" D1R 8000K Xenon HID Replacement Bulb Ice Blue Metal Stents Base 12V Car Headlight Lamps Head Lights 35W " and for the angel eye ""E90 Angel Eyes Headlights,2x20W 6000K White CREE Halo Ring LED Marker"" everything works but the warning light still comes on every time I start my car. Can you help me or anyone? Please and thank you.
