Don't spread lies. He didn't miss any doping control. He missed to inform about his whereabouts between races. Do you really think that Norwegian biathletes are doing such things themselves? Do they know about such duty? There is an army of personnel who are doing everything for them. It is very different for those athletes who have to arrange everything (including money) themselves to be able to prepare for and participate in the tour.
