Forget about trying to drive it economically and if you pipe it, it's over. Service prices are biblical, even if you're handy with a wrench, you'll devalue the car every time you touch it and this is where it separates those who can actually afford one and who can't. The car is ready to pull your pants down at any given moment and BMW will violate you like Zed on Marcellus Wallis in Pulp Fiction. "Welcome to BMW Sir. What's that? You need spark plugs with your 10L oil service? Kindly bite on this rubber ball for me please. Rod bearings? Bring out the gimp." That's all before the virtue signalling western governments put their grubby hands up your shirt and squeeze your tit until its purple for your insolence and ignorance of ze polar bearz. I promise you, they are in no way inexpensive.

You see here in Germany if you don’t tie the car down the car will hit the wall. Ze dyno meter is only used for ze testing. To properly run das auto one must drive it on an appropriate road such as our Autobahn.
