I find them forgettable and plasticy looking. Not gonna be a classic. The E60 M5 was a popularizing design when it was released, but nowadays it aged beautifully. These 2 M cars in this video are not great looking cars. But looks are subjective so each to their own :)

Sama sama buas, susah milihnya, sama sama bmw juga. Tapi mengingat M series dibuat untuk keperluan performa saya lebih condong kepada M8 dan memang lebih baik jika M series dibuat versi coupe saja, lebih sport lebih eksklusif 🔥🔥🔥

Race is very good. But M5 competition is an all rounder winner. It has good looks, more space, and cost lesser than M8 competition.

I wonder what's going on ... I have launched mine 10-20 times now, and never had any issues with it. I have noticed that it's much faster in 1'st during launch vs not (full power?) but 2+ it feel the same launch or not.

Should have switch drivers for a drag race. He really doesn't seem familiar with his BMW. He was using the tap shifters when he said he was going to launch it without launch control. He should just leave it in D (Drive, Auto) and launch it without launch control (without tap shifting it). Tap shifting a drag race is almost always a bad idea and causes a terrible 1/2 shift. Maybe next time or future races?

BMW M5,the only car where launchcontrole is worse then launching it yourself....wtf is the meaning of having it then???...is there no solution to change the mapping via a recall so the shortshifting doesnt occur? couse i'm getting the feeling BMW did this on pourpous to give the M8 the advantage...you know...to justify the + 20.000£ ;-)

Very, very DISAPPOINTED!! REASON: No launch in RWD mode from a dig. It would've been FAIR to see in the 1/4 mile if both were in RWD setting. Do this race over from a dig both cars in RWD Please!!
