I have an R1200RT w/ Gear Assist Pro and bought new Forma Adventure Low boots. Wore them around the house for two weeks to break them in. Made 1st attempt today to ride and it was too difficult to shift. To the point that it was dangerous. Came home and changed back to old boots. I'm going to try to adjust shifter before I return new boots that I like. Thanks for posting video. I'll update the results.

Thanks---I REALLY need to make that adjustment! As the shifter is set now (on my 2022 GSA), unless I completely remove/disengage my boot from the shift lever between gear changes, I can't get the lever to fully ratchet back (reset) for the next gear change. Took me a while to figure out why I was occasionally missing 2nd to 3rd shits during rapid acceleration. Evidently the guys who set them up at the factory don't wear clunky size 11 1/2 boots?!

How do you do it with gear assist pro?
