After you lift the hatch a little bit, it should go up the rest of the way by itself. Are you sure you bought the correct ones ? They have different Newton values stamped on the side of the struts.

They usually are. And that's the problem buying used things, and generally the problem with people today. They know the price of things, but not the value and they appreciate NOTHING. This goes for the homeless man on the street all the way up to the "king".

Be great for any 1 series, when the logo mech gunks up and doesn't latch properly, flings boot wide open mid-drive (definitely didn't happen to me today) 😅

Great vid had to do this with an F10. Not worth buying the aftermarket rubbish as I found out. Have you any video's George on removing condensation on a Headlight? F10 dropped hard off a curb no visible cracks but the next few days headlight full of water beads. Don't really want to have to take bumper off to remove headlight. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Remove cap off back off headlight and dry with hair dryer for a quick fix but it’s very common on the F10s.. The permanent fix is to split the headlights and reseal them

FYI: The brand is Dromedary. A Dromedary is an Arabian Camel (1 Hump). They are crap!

Something is wrong. I also changed mine and when the trunk goes half way it opens by itself. I don't have to push it all the way up.

yeah, same here. i bet its the hinges of the split tailgate (the glass window part), they might need a bit of wd40. just a bit, tho! dont over do it.
