I have struggled with 180 flat on a bank works out for me idk if it's a mental thing or what?? I feel like I haven't been turning my head hopefully that works thanks again for the tips

When you land bend your knees and put your ass over the rear wheel and pedel backward and turn your bars and just smoothly follow your bike out

Just to confirm, i should still setup the pedals 1/4 turn and back to a horizontal plane before attempting the 180 right? (Freemix) Nice vids btw 💥

Hello, I've been practicing 180s for 4 months and I got bunny hops and fakies down but I can't get the rotation pretty well.. I turn my head, I hop higher, and try to spin harder but non of it seems to work.. my head is destroyed because of turning my head. If you or some people could give me some tips or tell me how some of you learned, it would be very nice and I would be thankful about it.. thnaks anyways

I looked out a lot Bec I didn't pick up my back end now I get the spin. I can fakie but I take my foot off

and.. how do you tuck the back end up while your head is turning back and you are rotating.. i can do 180s with a very little hop and that is not the case with 360s so.. it would be great if u could give me some tips.. oh! and i can bunnyhop a decent height.. like 2-3 feet off the ground

+DINO IDEAS when you are first learning 360s dont try to do a flat 360 (both tires land at the same time), try to learn 360 pivots first which is where you do a 360 but in between 180 and 270 your back tire lands first and you pivot the rest of the way around on that back tire. I am planning to do a how to on it in the next few weeks!

Make sure that it is going to fit you!! If you are around 6' you want a 21" toptube. If you are around 5'8 20.5-20.75 should be good

what's the difference between a free coaster and a ceset bike

+The Kid Wilderness a cassette makes you have to pedal backwards when you fakie, but a free coaster you don't have to do that

I started bmx not too long ago I'm 5'8" and have a 19.5 and I keep hitting my knee on the stem, is it because my bike is too small for my height or is it the way I ride that can be fixed?

rigoberto castillo yea the bike might be a little to small bc I'm 5,5 and its recommend to have a 20-20.5 inch top bar (for my height that is)

it's actually fairly easy to learn once you get your fakies down. its called a slider.
