I’m from Brazil, but i live in Boston and I don’t have a track to practice, besides there is always tiring days I’m climber 🧗‍♀️ tree work to survive, so this is an extremely interesting video to improve my sprints! Way to go! You rock 🤘

This is a great video. Olympic Gold Medalist Connor Fields, what person is more qualified to learn from. These days I ride MTB, but I've been applying these tips to my daily rides and gaining speed. This is great info for any type of bike riding. Thanks Connor.

Ever thought of sprinting up slight inclines to give you a resistance training? Could make you stronger on the flats.

Before riding EVER, check your chain for failures or cracks. Sprint-broken-chain-thing is ugly.
