I'm really new to all of this. Prior to this, most of my riding skill came from the stingray my parents bought me in the early 60's. Except for owning a beach cruiser when the kids were growing up, I haven't really had a bike since the 1960s. About 6 months ago, I got a mountain bike and started riding daily. Next I got a BMX and then a DJ. I can barely bunny hop. So, I'm just learning like a kid. I've found that I like to learn things on the 20" BMX. For instance, I wanted to ride this skinny that's about 50 yards long. So I've been using the BMX in a parking lot riding a long, white parking line when no one is there. After a week of that, I took the 29" Stumpjumper to the skinny and rode the entire thing. I was amazed. Especially since I'd never made it 20 yards before that. I also enjoy riding the Specialized P Series. Mine is chromoly. It weighs about the same as the WTP Arcade that I ride. Thanks for the informative video.

Curious about you cracking your head tube on the BTM. Was it rider error like landing super nose heavy or you think the weld had issues? Currently building up a black magic and curious if should look at the welds for anything.

I built a brakeless street mtb based on a metropolis 3 chromoly frame & wheels, a pride street rigid fork, district handlebars , cult x vans tires and some good bmx parts.. it feels and looks amazing!

If you want speed and acceleration on a street which is faster and better between these two? I know profile racing hubs give you 204 points of Engagement and that's pure acceleration off the line but if you had those hubs on both of these bikes with 28-9 gearing and 100 psi tires which 1 would win in a race on a street?

24 dj's are under rated. With a Diety 50 mil stem and 3.1"rise bars and Deity Def Trap pedals, a 24 is much more playful than a 26 and my two 24 dj's weigh 24lbs with f/r hydraulic disc brakes. There should be more tire options for 24s. They are like an overgrown bmx without pegs and much easier on your body suspension, ie: wrist, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, feet.

I want a dirt jumper so badly until I can afford I almost just want to put a single speed drivetrain on a small mountain bike

bmx is way cheaper then dirt bike for ppl that cant afford expensive bikes i seen good Bmx for 300 dollars or euro Mafia Kush is the name soon im gonna buy it and a dirt bike cost 600-800-1000 and the crazy thing about it the cheap bmw is really good better then a cheap dirtbike but dirtbike more fun on dirt jump but more expensive cuz it have a bit suspension and its longer i dont want rlly to explain to much but i hope yall understandet me xd
