If Zenitsu had a quirk it’s be something either based off his breathing like something called Thunder moment or Lightning flash a movement based quirk that generates electricity in his body and converts it into kinetic energy with excess electricity pouring out as a side effect of using his quirk. Downside of his quirk would he burns though his body fat like crazy and reduces his electrolytes. If he had a quirk based on his actual nature skill it be his hearing so something like Jirou would actually make sense here
