本人拮有民英杈zs長老。現欲想知如我達抵英國，管吾得到常地市飞的福利。如：医療私交通之福利。本人患有內科病，像高血压t.，可否往.1, 冨地医院就医[專科內科紾所]。當地有無較佳的医院及牙医？將來如有必要，可否入任政府的長者老人院？當地1 當地楼價如付？一房的排屋或層房請肋我觧答以上問題。謝謝葙助！

Hi Francis, I think 125 lease is fine, but anything less than 100 years you need to buy with caution as you might need to extend your lease to sell at full value. Hope this helps.

@@opheliachan Never buy a lease hold property because the house is belong to you and the land is not yours. You need to pay 2 fees every year. one fee to the landlord and the other fee is the rate to the city council. Besides the lease fee after many years will be gone up to many thousand pound. Remember, the land value will be appreciation ( the landlord )and the house is depreciation. ( you )
