Good to hear your health is so much better now. If you don't have aches and pain after a hardy workout, you ain't doing it right. Just don't push too hard. At 73 now, I totally understand, and it is not competitive at all now, but use it or loose it.

A little hint for people like me who aren't sandal fans but enjoy visiting temples. I bought a couple small shoe horns that fit in my cargo pocket. Get one and keep it in your pocket or purse and tie your shoes just a little bit loose.

They are obviously a wealthy family owning property in London and the boyfriend and mother being in Singapore I would imagine its business related but it will probably end up being a business deal that went sour or a crime of passion as they call it
