Another quesrion if i draw an encounter card ro encounter for example the blue player can i attack planets which have blue ships on them but are not blues home planets? Thanks

No, you always encounter someone in their system, or yours if you draw your own card or a wild.

I would really love to Nicholas, but that game is difficult to get a hold of in North America. I played it with Vasel once and really enjoyed it, so I've been eager to play it again and review it. One day it will happen!

I never played that version but the version on Tabletop Simulator is a ton of fun. I sometimes host games on there.
