Y'all are a cute couple! Must say better (not as goofy ) than some of the other couples l've seen in this thread of cruisers ... we will be there when y'all return! Hope y'all are having a great time! I just booked this same 7 day cruise this morning (Feb 15) probably not ideal esp as we are first timers but a few cabins opened up last minute so my hubby and I took the plunge... wondering if the weather stayed a little chilly throughout your cruise...now I'm not sure how to pack🤔 in this transitional time of year...

We appreciate you watching!! Excited to hear that you've book your first cruise! I tend to run cold so I like to layer my clothes especially on cruises. It can be very warm during the day but once the sun goes down the ship can get cool and windy outside. I also bring at least a pair of long pants, cardigan and a sweatshirt or jacket. It was cool when we left out of Galveston and took the first 2 days for it to be warm enough for me to lose the cardigan but Greg was fine by the second day.

Glad to see you are back to cruising adventures! Did you find that the food in the main dining room wasn't very hot temperature wise? I found that on the Allure and was curious if it was an Oasis class issue or maybe just that one ship. Thanks!

Honestly, we didn't come across that with our food. We did also eat in speciality dining 3 nights so we were not in main dining every night. Hope your overall trip on Allure was great!

I've had the top for quite awhile but the brand is Xhilaration. When I googled Xhilaration anchor blouse a few popped up on Ebay and Poshmark so I'm pretty sure you can find one!! 😊

Every time you say Galveston I can hear Kenny Rogers.. singing in the back of my head. Too bad everything is copyrighted and can't be used.......Is that little hop when you enter the ship some kind of superstition? Do you do that when you enter a plane?

No superstition just excitement of jumping into our vacation! I probably should have rethought that jump as I had a 12 pack case of coke in my backpack! 😂 I leave my jumping for a ship not on the plane!

I thought Wonder of the Seas was the Largest of the Oasis class ship.

Yes, you are right! Wonder is the largest in the Oasis class followed by Symphony and then Harmony. Our title says one of the largest since it's still ranked in the top 5 largest in the world with all of them now falling rank to the Icon. 😊

Actually, both 405 and 407 showed up the first night and we never seen either of them after that!!🤣😂 We ended up talking to the tables that were further down!
