Nikola!!! One of the best bartenders on the ship!! I had room 11222 and my bed was near the door, too. I prefer the bed near the balcony door. The cabin is definitely smaller than other ships. It's narrower. That was a disappointment. The cabin is a big deal to me even though other people say they don't spend any time in the cabin. The ship, overall, was amazing, though. I loved all the people in line for pizza at 11:00pm! I'm a solo cruiser, so companionship is very important to me. I also make friends with the crew. As a solo cruiser, the two Nikolas and Pedro were very important to me because they were so kind and friendly, as well as the musicians on the ship. They gave me a sense of community. This was a great video. Makes me so excited for my next Mardi Gras adventure!

We were in 15304, a few cabin from you, except it was on August 21st. Bathroom very tiny! Hallway to get in room, very narrow!

a quick question about the mardi gras....do you know if there are free saunas (or steam rooms) in the change rooms....the older ships definitely have them....but i'm hearing the new ones don't.....thanks.....if you don't mind.

We had 52. Yes we had multiple events that we were able to get together and also eat dinner at night together.

Question for those of you recently on board the Mardi Gras. What are the lunch options one embarkation day other then the lido buffet and guys burgers? Was Cucina's , Emerils or Pig and Anchor open? How about the food area n deck 8? Found this question posted and thought good info to know. :)

Can you please explain the check in at midnight tip? Is the process different on the Mardi Gras ?

To be one of the 1st to checkin so you get an early boarding time, you can log in your planner at midnight EST to do your check in and chose your check in time. Most people don't think to do it at midnight and do it the next morning.

Question: How did you know your "Muster Station" since you hadn't gone to your Cabin and picked up your Cabin cards yet??

1. what time was that line when you were dropped off by Uber 2. Was there a time lapse in video seemed like you boarded and were able to get in your room asap? If not what time were you able to get in your room. Thanks

usual time to access the room is 1:30 pm..we went early to drop off our carry-ons. Our boarding time was 10:30 to 11..the embarkation process was a bit chaotic, but we were one of the first groups called to board so we got on quickly.

Did you like this hotel? I’m trying to decide between this hotel and the Marriott. My only hesitation with the Hampton is that it’s “pet friendly “. Did you have an issue with cleanliness or dogs barking all night

Well, only a few ships have both, but if you are on one..then you can enjoy both on your cruise!!! They are both fantastic!!! One is Chicken and one is burgers..we love them both, plus Shaq's Chicken has breakfast!!!

Hi Deb, that's easy...if you find us out and about on the ship, come up and say hi to us. I think at least 30 people came up to say hi and chat for a moment on the Mardi Gras. We always love meeting people on the ship. Did we miss you saying hi? I can only assume we did by your comment. If, so, I'm very sorry. Maybe we didn't hear it, or were on our way somewhere?? Sometimes people just say hi as we walk by, others will come up and chat if they see us standing or sitting somewhere. Thanks for watching!!!

@@SharonatSeaTravel Sharon all three of you walked by right in front of me, you did say hi quickly but kept on walking. I didn't see the rest of the cruise. I would not have been hard to miss as I was the only one on board with a guide dog (who was the first one on Mardi Gras)
