Wow! Can’t believe it’s been 10 years already. I’m in my early 20’s now, but I remember listening to this while feeling lonely. This music gave me a lot of comfort, I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for BoC.

For the past year and a half, I have become obsessed with everything Boards of Canada. I came across this remix last year, but I suppose I did not appreciate it until now. This is truly a masterpiece.

A lot of negative comments recently. Wyrm is a genius making this, he has preserved the original nostalgic feel whilst adding a moving forward feel. It's more hopeful with love for the past but knowledge of a need to move on; in my opinion anyway. Beautiful remix.

Heard this track(this album)while working in Northern California as a Type 1 Wildland Firefighter SRB Crew boss trainee, nightshift. The crew was holding line as we burned out this road right in the middle of a evening thermal inversion. We could see stars overhead to the East through the thinner higher elevation smoke veil yet you couldn’t see anything else. We were we’re all rotating into the crummy for 20-30 minutes to get “fresh” air😂 this song made the whole experience mystical.

First listened to this as the sun was setting as I camped on top of a mountain in BC. Fire was burning, stars were coming out and tranquility and peace was setting in. This song always transports me back to that place.

i used to walk to a pavalion on a hill when i used to live in a 18 month department of corrections rehab. The sun would set and i would look out at the treeline and think of when my life would be different. Since then ive gone through depression which taught me how important the moment is... Its crazy how music can make you feel and whoever is going through something im sorry and it will get better i promise.

I remember when I first listened to this so so long ago when sheepy posted it, I recently noticed the piano melody in a Thai BL that I watched "Love By Chance" and I found the song again. Such a beautiful song that it brings tears to my eyes.

didn't know the youtube compression had this level of depth when it comes to audio, noticing it was uploaded back in 2012. New songs here that are uploaded do not usually have this level of bass to them I feel. But man, this particular video/song got my head vibrating. This is one very special track for me when i went to Australia alone from Estonia for a year.(After sheep published it i had it in my list right away and i was ready to go in april 2012 ty.). This was part of my 2012... I used to listen to this song when I needed to be inspired. The whole song (remix) it's definitely a beautiful piece of music. I used to feel passion and hope to be alive, to grow up, to discover a whole life. Now... 10 years later I could say that my life it's different, I did a bunch of things at this point and I don't gonna lie. I don't feel that passion that I used to feel, but when I come back to this song, just for a moment... I feel like if I was 15 years old again being in 2012.

What an incredible version of this song.. I have an abundance of memories with BoC. I feel that remixes easily take away from original songs, and this does not, it also does not distort my memories, but brings them back in vivid color but with a twist. very cool.

I used to listen to this track before going to bed during my exchange week to Italy with school, and now it brings back the nicest memories!

For the last few years this track has held in there as my favorite remix of all. It is the most soothing, optimistic, recharge song that I have discovered yet. I love Boards as it is, but this takes the cake!

This is watching the sun rise in paradise music, as somebody you love cuddles in closer, seemingly at the exact moment that the sun appears over the horizon, and as it rises, the light coruscates off of the ocean surface. If you aren't there, if you're in a place that's the opposite, picture it, it can be enough. You deserve to be there. We all do. This is truly masterpiece. The Music and the image synch ideally.

I find myself in peaceful reflection of my childhood where the hard times met their rejection everything got more complex nearer adulthood back where happiness was the main stage where life was just a play now it's a backdrop difficult to gauge I find it difficult to stray from reminiscing about a time where I joyfully met the day. I cannot say I don't prefer those times of play to always yearning but when those stressful days occur I can think back and hear my happiness calling.

My cat which I had known since I was six years old has died today in the age of sixteen and a half years. BoC is more than music, it's art! Behind the comfort zone and beyond mainstream harmonies and rythms. In this track the elektronic percussion is properly unproper...

Now, Boards of Canada are pioneers in this kind of music. This remix has a more youthful touch to it, but I think it ruins the original. Though I like it anyway, but the original is alot better. Thank you anyway for refurbishing music which has stayed with me since childhood!
