This is a full room tour of the three bedroom grand villa at Disney's Boardwalk Villas. This is a Disney Vacation Club room, but it can be booked through the Disney World website with cash as well. Our room number was 5047.
This room sleeps up to 12 adults and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We love the layout of this grand villa and how comfortable it is to have so many people in one room without feeling like it's cramped or crowded. The view here is incredible overlooking the boardwalk and the water. Overall, there's plenty of space for everyone in this grand villa, and the two living rooms make it easy to sit and visit together during your vacation.

Just stayed in this room feb of 21 and it’s was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in my life, uncle is a vacation club member and this room was his bucket list we all loved it

Definitely love the views on this room. Better than looking at the creepy clown pool. Like the mixed seating in the dining room.

It has a great location being near two parks, but we’d prefer to stay at Beach Club villas for the awesome pool 😍

Great video. Thank you. Even though I’m a DVC member (Boardwalk is my home), I’ve never stayed in the 3BR Villa. Bringing the whole family (10 of us) later on this month (January of 2021). I’m more psyched to stay in the room than to go to the parks. Hahaha. Great video. Thank you for posting.

My question is if you don’t pull out the couch bed, would the two couches be comfortable enough for kids to sleep on?

The actual couch bed was really comfortable! One of our friends actually commented about sleeping on it instead of pulling out the bed. The true couch was firmer, so it would be fine to sleep on if you’re okay with that. 😊

We hope to at some point, but that means we have to book another room there (which isn't super cheap) so it'll probably be a while

Thanks! Most of the room tours on the channel are from rooms we stayed in throughout 2019 and some in 2020. There are a few where we just toured them instead of staying, but that was before the shutdown (with the new sanitation procedures in place, nobody is allowed to tour a room they're not staying in).
