We found this spot while randomly exploring Kunming, had no idea it was there and just stumbled upon it. Seems like it starts out as mostly just shops but then changes into mostly residential later on. This area might seem a little less affluent, but right on the outskirts of this are some of the most expensive apartments in Kunming and also the giant Dianchi lake, which is beautiful. Also, this place apparently turns into a night market when the sun goes down, but we didn’t get to see it, unfortunately. Enjoy the exploration!
