Problem explained for boat stone 352. A cheap motherboard is used in 352 which uses sbc bluetooth codecs and is not supported by most of apps like fb, instagram, pubg, etc. Isliye kuch apps se awaz nai aati.

Exactly what I am doing while attending zoom calls... I am playing long length videos on KZfaq and I muted that KZfaq song and here I am getting zoom audio output. But the audio of the stone 352 is awesome only the deffect is connectivity issue on zoom meetings and player to player, device to device

I am also facing the issue with my boat 352 Stone 2023 of audio missing when connected to laptop. I had issues while attending meeting on zoom call, the audio plays and stops in between abruptly. Also on phone if i am playing any song on mobile phone Spotify app and when I play something on Instagram the audio gets stopped nothing plays for while neither the Spotify music plays nor the Instagram audio. I feel Stone 352 has some serious issues while switching the audios for both PC/Laptop and mobile phone.

Yes it's true @shubham.. I'll suggest play any supported file in the background from your laptop then playing other unsupported things which u want to..probably this will be fixed throughout.

There will be the cable inside the box having 3.5mm on both sides. Connect using that, its working fine. Its an alternative

Bhai speaker ko reset kar ke dubara connect karo Phone bluetooth se speaker ko mat remove karna Fir uske baad chalte lagega... Reset karne ke liye:- Phele off karo speaker Fir power button+ volume down button ko 5-6 sec ke liye press karo uske baad ho jaayega... Mera issue solve ho gye must try❤❤

It doesn't work with vlc or any media player. It only supports mobile type sound. No A2DP sound, if you can turn off A2DP like i do in linux it plays bad quality sound with vlc and no sound with any media player in windows not even with films. Also it doesn't use usb-c, it uses USB-A to USB-C. They are scamming people. What I have to do is play 3-4 hr youtube video without sound in background constantly. If you find a real solution please do mention.

This is not server connected software where boat manufacturers can fix with updates. Replacement will be the only option or your claim for your paid money
