Very cool. Thank you. I am the one that asked for a video of the Silver River. Next time go left at Rays boat ramp, for a trip on the Oklawaha River. If you go right or upstream you can go 14 miles to the Moss Bluff lock and dam. If you go down stream you can go for miles. If you use the boat ramp in Eureka you can explore the abandon lock and spillway of the Florida barge canal.

Oh! That's great info. I definitely will do that. I'll also probably bring my son (s) to fish. It looks really good for fishing where it's allowed.

I could have sworn I left a comment on this video when you released it. The manatee was a nice treat. Did you see the butterfly past your head at 8:05?

Can u swim on the river as long as it’s not in the spring limits ???

No. Swimming isn't allowed unfortunately.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. Can’t wait to bring my family out there. I get my 150 Montauk delivered next week and I am very excited. When you say small boat, I’m assuming my 15 footer is ok for the Silver River, right? Cheers from Palmetto Bay, FL.

Thanks Recardo. Yes, a Montauk 150 is ideal. My Hewes is close to 19'. Some of the boats on the river (mostly pontoons) are probably 20-22 feet long.
