We 100% feel your pain! We can't quite work out if we still have a slight leak on our plumbing and like GG, Annie wasn't really built with access in mind.... Have you checked around your windows? That's generally been the source of little leaks for us. X

Your radiators should be full of water, so there cannot be a drip in them. Check by bleeding each rad when the heating is running. Your pipes look like they're plastic so unlikely to ping under expansion or contraction. The space between the metal hull and the inside of each of your panels between the battens could be acting like a sound box - this would make finding the exact position of the "drip" really difficult. And I suppose it could be just a drip falling from a tree leaf down onto the gunwhale. Well, this is a difficult one! Good luck Sherlock Wes; please keep us all updated.

water condensing in the rad and then dripping. The sound may then resonate through the pipes and wall. Maybe if you have sensitive fingers, put your hand on the rad and wait for the drip? Could also empty the rads and see if the drip still happens, this would confirm if its the rad / pipes or not.

Use a long bit of tube put one end on wall and put your ear up to other end and listen .What I use to do when trying find leaks

Hello, my name is Jay I am a plumber for Gray, Ga. US. you may not have a leak. The dripping sound you are hearing could be that the straps on the pipes are to tight or passing though a hole that is to tight causing it to creek when it expands. I have seen this condition fool experienced plumbers me included. This condition can also be sporadic. It usually only last a few minutes but will drive you crazy. Me and my wife are going to be there and do 2 weeks on a hire boat next March leave out of Springwood Haven marina. Maybe we will run into you then.

Rufus is very much like our dog in the "Getting in the way" sense! Our dog is a little bugger for getting under my wife's feet when she's in the kitchen, or getting behind my wheelchair when I'm trying to move! 🤣🤣 I like Wes's pink sweatshirt, by the way! "Don't be a prick!" That's ace!

I hope you solve the “drip” mystery before freezing weather. Then it may become a much bigger problem with ice expansion. Good luck . You certainly did your best for the time being.

Sounds like a bathroom drip. Shower or sink straight into the drain opening.

Have you tried sliding a sheet of a4 paper or smaller underneath and see if its wet, might save you stripping the boat

Hi That noise you have could be the expansion and contraction of the radiator on the brackets which support the rad on the wall all you have to do is move the rad slightly in the bracket IE give it a kick as if you want the rad to move to the left or right just a couple of mm will do it

We have a quite loud and persistent drip on our boat which I finally found out to be condensation dripping off the roof of the water tank into the water. It just happens under certain conditions of weather and tank fullness. I found out what it was when I happened to have my face near the open water filler cap and heard the same noise coming from down the hole. We have a tank which is formed by the hull of the boat but yours is an insulated stainless steel one. It will happen a lot less with yours but it could still happen. I wouldn't worry too much if your cabin bilge is staying dry though. Hope you can make peace with your drip somehow.....

Hi guys. Perhaps a chandlery has an acoustic leak finder you can rent? I have one here in the states...great for finding leaks. Another option may be a nurses stethoscope. Leaks can be so annoying. Good luck on this. Freddie

Guys, I can't recommend a set of Frogg Toggs rain suits enough. Lightweight, non sweaty and absolutely amazingly waterproof- if I was able to send you a set I would as they are game changers in a downpour!

I hate dyi too especially when my ol man is working all summer, i just had to install a gauge being very careful not to strip it took over an hour trying to get that damn thing on then it was on to fixing the stupid dryer because living on a island in Alaska you have to fix everything yourself 😆

my woodstove is giant and made of many different panels of cast iron. when it heats up and expands, the joints all tick and make metallic noises. could the warmer weather be heating up some of the metal panels of the boat? good luck!

Do you happen to have pistol shrimp (or snapping shrimp) around there? I remember one of the channels I watch having them outside the hull, but I don't recall if it was a canal boat or sail boat channel.

Its bugging me now where is the leak?..You need the help of a water diviner. My grandfather was often called out by his local water company to locate leaks. Love Shadow Hawk..and of coarse Rufus beautiful dog.
