Hi Tina I’ve come across bob and Brad by accident and as much as I don’t follow them regularly if you go through their videos there’s something for everyone. They’re so good.Worth a look for sure.

That eye mask sounds great Tina I really suffer with dry eyes & put drops in a few times a day.. I did buy a mask you heat up in the microwave but this sounds much better.. I've been watching Bob & Brad for years sadly Bob has a condition which affects his speech so isn't on the newer videos but they give great advice x

I love Rituals too Tina.I just took delivery of a gift set today. My present to me.Karma is my favourite. My niece brought me a Rituals hand cream.Its beautiful. I use the shower gel in bath and a shower. As you say.A luxury.

I was about to order the eye massager but after reading the information on the site it says not to use if you have had an eye operation including cataracts so unfortunately I’ve decided not to order it as I’ve had cataract operations shame as I was looking forward to using it . Just thought I would pass the information on as i think a lot of older subs may have had eye operations 🥰

I got an eye mask that I can put in the microwave or freezer which works the same from the optician, that is relaxing too I don’t need music i have that when I need it anyway- You should only things like the eye mask for short periods anyway! Technology near your head can be dangerous! That my opinion as a nurse!

Brad and Bob are medics too and I have found it helpful to me. I have used the freezer ones for headaches in the past and they have been helpful.

No you don't look like an idiot Tina I have awful dry eye I suffer bad with hay fever Just having a bad patch again With pollen it's so high this year Don't normally get it in December I will definitely look into this ❤

I have to say that mine has been bad lately. It’s definitely helped with the dry eyes. Don’t think the hay fever is any different

What a shame you can’t use it if you have had operations on your eyes or had cataracts. I suffer with dry eyes and they water from morning till I go to bed no drops have helped me sadly . ❤
