Lyrics:
Nobody feels any pain
Tonight as I stand inside the rain
Ev’rybody knows
That Baby’s got new clothes
But lately I see her ribbons and her bows
Have fallen from her curls
She takes just like a woman, yes, she does
She makes love just like a woman, yes, she does
And she aches just like a woman
But she breaks just like a little girl
Queen Mary
She’s my friend
Yes, I believe I’ll go see her again
Nobody has to guess
That Baby can’t be blessed
Till she sees finally that she’s like all the rest
With her fog, her amphetamine and her pearls
She takes just like a woman, yes
She makes love just like a woman, yes, she does
And she aches just like a woman
But she breaks just like a little girl
It was raining from the first
And I was dying there of thirst
So I came in here
And your long-time curse hurts
But what’s worse
Is this pain in here
I can’t stay in here
Ain’t it clear that
I just can’t fit
Yes, I believe it’s time for us to quit
But when we meet again
Introduced as friends
Please don’t let on that you knew me when
I was hungry and it was your world
Ah, you fake just like a woman, yes, you do
You make love just like a woman, yes, you do
Then you ache just like a woman
But you break just like a little girl

This guy’s ability to phrase each word, the way he pauses and stretches and slurs, is spectacular. They say he has a terrible voice, but when he sings his stuff he’s on fire in ways only he can be. And then he shares all this with anyone who wants to listen. No pretensions. Just him.

My grandfather loved Bob Dylan, as a black man born in 1944 the messages of change ment a lot to him, and so did the sadness. He gave me everything even my name. He died a few months ago and I feel so lost, he always guided me but these songs help. As a kid they just sounded nice but now they connect me to him, I love you duck

I feel badly for today's artists, they have to compete against an entire generation of musical geniuses. From the mid-60s to the early 90s, there has been nothing since then that compares with the talent, the spirit, the impact of that music. This is a perfect example of how those musicians and songwriters touched our souls.

Well not really, because he is in a class by his own. And if your point is that everybody else then was way better than the best now, I have to say... the rest will likely most be forgotten in 100 or 200 years, so who cares. But Dylan won't. He'll be taught in colleges like Shakespeaare has been.

Amazing music that touches people is being made everyday in this world. I do love older music and i think i feel kinda of the same way as you do about it sometimes, maybe it is something that was in the air back in those days. Jacob collier's music gives me hope, Raphaël's song "Ne partons pas faches" gives me similar to this speficic song (Just like a woman). There are many talented artists nowadays, the times, they are a'changin, so it s not the same but it still tastes great.

The mist of a winter fog in late January blankets the sun as the pruner laborer makes his cuts to the vines that sprawl miles and miles around, while Dylan plays in the back ground and his child is swept by this magical sound. My youth in 1965 Central Valley California working in the fields and dreaming.

Nobody feels any pain Tonight as I stand inside the rain Everybody knows that baby's got new clothes But lately I see her ribbons and her bows Have fallen from her curls She takes just like a woman Yes, she does, she makes love just like a woman Yes, she does, and she aches just like a woman But she breaks just like a little girl Queen Mary, she's my friend Yes, I believe I'll go see her again Nobody has to guess that baby can't be blessed 'Til she finally sees that she's like all the rest With her fog, her amphetamine, and her pearls She takes just like a woman Yes, she makes love just like a woman Yes, she does, and she aches just like a woman But she breaks just like a little girl It was raining from the first And I was dying there of thirst So I came in here And your long-time curse hurts But what's worse is this pain in here I can't stay in here Ain't it clear that I just can't fit Yes, I believe that it's time for us to quit But when we meet again, introduced as friends Please don't let on that you knew me when I was hungry and it was your world Ah, you fake just like a woman Yes, you do, you make love just like a woman Yes, you do, then you ache just like a woman But you break just like a little girl

Dylan isn't just one of the most important American songwriters of all-time, he is also one of the greatest American poets ever, and since he won the Nobel prize, his lyrics are matter of study in the schools, and the Literature. Are you agree with that?
