I have a beautiful memory of Mom humming along to Heavens Door while preparing dinner. She was born 1920. Thanks for the channel. Bless

Great song, but the scene in the movie when it was playing, though, sad, sad, sad.

Dylan's music and lyrics for that movie are so fitting and perfect they are like a supporting actor. Great vid.

Thx for letting me know about this, I'm a big Dylan fan & love the movie, & soundtrack. I'm a singer songwriter and play the song Billie the Kid and Pat Garret often, very underrated!

Dear god, thank you for all the wars, death, destruction, rape, pillage, pedophiles, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, droughts, genocide and worse, that you seem to be indifferent or enjoy watching. Thank Bob Dylan, as he is the one who put in all that work, to become what he is, without the help of the supernatural

@@casyatbat -- what a strange, horrible, ignorant reply. ...I hope you get better one day.

@@joeycarter8846 clearly you are describing yourself. The only problem I have with your Iraqi based religion is you only give your god credit for the alleged good things and never all the bad things. By the way, that is why Christianity came up with Satan which is to blame all the bad things happening in the world - mostly natural disasters. Since the Iraqi god of Abraham and Isaac is said to be a 'loving" god, even though that same god allegedly brutally murdered all land life because of allegedly handful of "wicked' people. That same god could easily just punish the "wicked" with a thought, but chose instead to brutally murder by drowning 1, 2, 3 day old babies and so on, children, women all land life, less Noah and his wife who were 600 years and his three 200 year old sons and their wives. You know this god *'I create darkness and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.' Isaiah 31:1-2* You thank your Iraqi god for Bob Dylan but don't give credit to that god for all the tornadoes he's been (allegedly) creating in the mid-west and the South. All that death and destruction. Are you now understanding the point i was attempting to make? Understand that Adam & Eve were from Mesopotamia as well as the Garden of Eden where the Tigris and Euphrates rivers meet, now is Iraq. Same with Noah and Abraham, from what is now Iraq. Almost all Christians do not know the origin of their Iraqi based religion.

there is a Rita Coolidge interview where she says Dylans wife showed her all the hats he stole from the movie. Seems he would leave the set each day with the hat he had been wearing and keep it. just go into work the next day and get himself another hat. lol.

Dylan did not have the hat, because he "stole" every hat given to him on the set. Rita Coolidge talked about that when she Kristopherson would go to Bob's and forgot his wife's name then, but he had kept all the hats he wore on the film set

I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t just send Dylan the script and he wrote the songs straight away and went down to Mexico and in all honesty made that film.
