bob sings with more emotion than anyone i have ever heard in this track..when he sings im hurting inside especially...his cancer stemed from an injury to his right big toe, from someone stepping on his foot with a spiked shoe while he was playing football...he got medical advice to remove on the nail so he did that and never went to any check ups and the cancer spread to all parts of his body..lungs, brain, whole body..
