You know, it's moments like those around 25:10 that make him so wonderful. Such sincerity, and such meaning I have hardly found in another human being in 24 years of being alive. One of life's big shames is that Bob died so young.

True but even back then there was bad things happening. He mentions about creating his own world through paint. I remember him saying "shoot if you want bad stuff watch the news" painting is a good escape.

He was world famous, this was a tv show called the joy of painting. Unfortunately Bob died in 1995 from lymphoma, but his spirit lives on through his artz
