The company I work for (not the food industry) has told the techs to skip the tip screen cuz “it makes you look like we’re begging” so I wouldn’t be surprised if they told the cashier to skip the tip screen Santino

My cousins were visiting from Italy and we did the VIP experience at Disney - I’m not like a huge huge Disney stan but ngl it was freaking awesome. But I bet Bobby was nervous to admit he tipped more - our Guide, who was absolutely awesome - said their hourly is actually really low compared to how much an hour the VIP experience is. My family ended up tipping him 20% for the day which comes out to a lot of coin

I've worked as a long cook for the last like 5 years maybe. I can assure you, people aren't trained to not ask for a tip, it's usually cause we feel uncomftorable asking you for more money. Cause we all know the prices suck too

i worked at starbucks and if it was super busy I would press no tip, not because I didn't think they tip or not, but so that I could just get to the next car in the drive threw or person in line

I don’t know if this makes me a Disney adult. I don’t ever really wanna go back to Disneyland. It’s too expensive and it kind of is a shit experience. But I do watch all the movies from back when Disney was still good you know a decade or so ago on repeat constantly. I think this week I’ve seen Moana at least five times.
