I never understood expecting musicians to remember everything when it's quite common in other genres to have sheet music right in front of you. In my mind, sheet music should be just fine. Prince, Elvis were also known to forget lyrics... it's quite common. =)

I know that I'm not alone in loving Keith Urban. He's such a talent! His voice and his playing of guitar and piano grabs your soul and raises the hairs on my arms. I will never tire hearing him. I see him every time he comes to Indy. Also, I love him and Nicole Kidman together. They make me happy! Be blessed Keith and Nicole!

At 13:56 my eyes were already teary, it was so sweet and adorable !!!!!This is a wonderful moment....in which you touch and give him your heart forever! It is only noticed by the person watching intently. I think he's a little tense and he's hot ... he drums with his finger too ... but this scene brings it all back! You get Keith’s whole heart, in that few seconds, and it’s so touching!

I really enjoy these videos of you in the Bobby Bones interviews (this is my 2nd viewing of this one). It is always funny, and informative, and I always enjoy it when you have your guitar and sing for us. You are just all-around amazing, Keith Urban! I find that there are not very many artists who sound great in person vs. a studio recording and you are the best! Recently, I've read or heard someone say you are one of the best guitar players in the world. It must be true because I have never paid attention to that before and I have become very interested when watching you play. I listen to or watch your videos almost every day and just love your music! The words are so meaningful and the phrases you choose are so cool! Keep up the good work and hoping to see you perform again soon, after the 10/22/2022 concert on Long Island, NY. Happy New Year to you, Nicole, and your families!!

John Qualls...I think he does know. But he also works at all he has, including his sobriety. He is a recovering cocaine addict and alcoholic....he’s been sober 12 years now. He went back to rehab shortly after he and Nicole got married back in 2006. He genuinely loves his life and seems grateful for it all. I honestly don’t think he’ll get strung out again...but it’s all one day at a time.

God Bless Keith...I like B.B. and all but this was weird...Keith just rolled with it and went with the flow. Total class act. And the consummate musician. 😮 He doesn’t read music and dropped out of school. I never knew that! Wow! Amazing! Goes to show Keith has that God given raw, natural talent. Wow! And he hand writes music? So so cool! This turned out to be a great interview but B.B. needs better flow and a little more tact and no duh Keith came here to the States...obviously! Thank God he did!

Yeah noone knows the situation about not acknowledging the birthday video, but I will say I had VIP passes to his show in Melburne, FL and when I went to give him a drawing I spent a ton of time on he rejected it and said to send it to his fan club :( He could have literally just taken it and said awesome and tossed it in the trash behind my back. It is really the moment I stopped thinking he was the bees knees and lost a fair bit of respect.

But on the other hand, we don't know what the situation was - maybe he just didn't have anywhere safe to keep it, or maybe it's just that he never takes pictures/letters/etc at moments like that, because, after all, he'd probably just end up with a ton of them and that's kinda impracticle, like what's he going to do with a zillion drawings and stuff.

The what-does-Keith-smell-like thing was weird, but none of it seemed akward to me. It seemed like a couple buddies goofing around, totally natural. I belive they're friends, or at least some kind of aquantances, in real life, so that makes sense that it would just be like two buddies goofing aorund and talking. It's what I like about this interview - it's not the standard, boring, formal, same-old-questions interivew. It's different, and fun.
