Thanks for the video! Currently doing a handful of fixes on a 632 that I picked up and your video helped me confirm the correct o-rings to get for the port block.

I have a 732 and am getting a whine in the pump and also white fluid. wondering if this is my issue. also the port block filter maybe. I just hate taking the damn thing apart because you always end up losing gallons of fluid and at $60 for a 5 gallong bucket a simple repair turns expensive and messy fast!

I've got the same machine, mine squeals under heavy load I'm hoping it's a relief valve , it sounds like a power steering pump when you crank the wheel all the way. Any ideas?

davetileguy sounds like pressure relieve clean all the filters

Dave Wright thanks I agree

My relief valve had been leaking when off and sucking air while running. Took out the relief valve came apart. Had to get a new relief valve.

I have the same machine. Bucket works up and down/tilt. Squeals a bit. But not drive pressure or movement at all. Any ideas?

Change the filter and check the port block for an filter at the fitting inside the block. Some have a brass filter inside the block and some don't. If u have no movement at all could be something broken inside the control valve letting the pressure bypass the hydos might have a pressure bypass for manualy moving the machine not sure without looking at message boards.

Dave Wright I changed the main. Pulled the brass one and cleaned it. The port block does have a little movement when I take the large nut off. But it’s weird the drive motors don’t move an inch and no power. I was wondering if a valve or something. I have a ton of pics if you can think of anything i can try. Can I message you? Facebook?

Be sure your lever for the auxiliary Hydraulics was not left in the far-right position make sure it's in the middle it could have overheated something if it was stuck in the actuated on position to the far right I believe it sounds like you don't have any pressure coming out of the valve that controls the foot control I forget the name it should be bolted on the side of the frame beside the hydro stat the line that goes into the hydrostat if you look at the schematic should have full pressure all the time it's possible something in that control valve is stuck and diverging pressure around hydrostat with the engine running crack the feed line for the hydrostat until pressure comes out if no pressure comes out and you have the fitting loose already there's definitely something wrong inside the control valve that's on the side of the frame it's the valve where the foot controls hook up to if you watch a few videos it's pretty easy to rebuild but extremely hard to get out my email mrdavestone999@gmail.com send me an email I can dig up a PDF for that machine if I still have it I got it for free somewhere

That Port Block in those O-rings have to be completely tight it has to actually be able to suck the oil in not just gravity feeding it if youroil is turning white you're sucking in air if you have pressure at the top of your hydrostat and your oil is not turning white but your bucket moves jack up the machine and with it running rotate the wheels by hand 15 or 20 times each see if there's just are in the hydro stat I believe also to get the air out you can run the return line directly into the reservoir tank you need a schematic to find the right line off of the port block and a little Jerry rigging

Had to watch my video again. Yes it worked good after that repair you can see those o rings over time need to.be replaced. Moved about 100 tons of dirt afterwards before I sold it.
