I agree with your outlook on being productive Shawn. I've been battling/suffering through Chronic Lyme disease and bartonellosis since 2009 and as worn out and achy as I can be at the end of the work day, I absolutely feel tons worse if I don't force myself to get out and work. Mind you I had to find something my body could handle, I can't do the more physically intensive things I used to enjoy, I also feel just as awful if I'm stuck at a desk staring at a computer, so it's a balance, but it's definitely worth it to get out and do something!!!

When you haul equipment like that when it's cold let it run. Won't hurt it to idle away up there.

When chaining machine down put both binders on first before tightening them up. Trucks working great! Flexible dryer vent hose from your trucks exhaust to the engine bay would work too heat up the machine.

I saw a guy blowing snow off his car with a leaf blower!! It worked great!! I know you guy's got some powerful enough to do that!! Sure would beat trying to sweep it off!! Unless your truck is a double frame you might want want to think twice at carrying the bobcat like that. I’ve seen two trucks break in half transporting like you are. I’ve been plowing snow since 1976. We always keep machinery running between jobs. Who wants to be messing around trying to start a machine in the cold and dark at 3 am? (ask me how I know). Love your videos and how hard you both work!

Was the -9 actual or "real feel"? We had real feel of -11 and there's a wind chill advisory out for tomorrow of -15. School has already been cancelled. We got around 2 inches of snow last night but was real powdery. Would it be cheaper to rent a loader? It's a matter of the additional cost for salt vs the cost of a rental.

Get an automatic jack that goes on the utility trailers. They work just like the dump trailers with a remote. Worth every penny

Make sure you check rear lug nuts on the dodge they will come loose when you plow .going forward and backwards will loosen lugs

Shawn that gate was not designed for the weight of that skid steer! It was designed for mowers you are eventually going to bend or break the gate and I pray it doesn't when you driving the skid steer up onto the truck! You should have a heavier gate made to handle the weight.

Our area never gets that light, dry, fluffy snow. Ours is extremely wet and heavy and freezes solid. Wipers are only ruined if we try using them to clear the windows. Glad this storm made it a bit easier for you.

That truck is not meant or set up to haul something like that. I really wish people would learn how to tie things down. Two chains really. What happens if one comes lose or brakes then u only have one holding all that weight. Everything should have 4 chains and the chains should not cross each other

Hey Shawn dot say you got to secure any attachments. The bucket is classified as a attachment. Two chains may not be enough and may. If i see dirt perfect dot training with office hover I will try to share it with you if he recorded it.

Why not just look into getting a mini pay loader like the one in the video because I foresee your skid loader acting up again after it gets fixed
