We had to sell our chocolate lab we miss him! He actuly turned 14 now! I really wish we could see him but we can’t cause then we would want to keep him! I love every chocolate lab so I’m sorry for your loss :(

Oh my gosh , Freddy is adorable! !♡ I had one named Mary, lived to be 14. She saved me, and others hiking/skiing from being stomped by a 1500lb ANGRY moose. 2 guys skiing said the moose chased them for 2 miles...Mary, barked and went after the 1500lb Angry Moose? She got it to stop chasing everyone and she took up a canyon. She met me 5 miles down at my truck. SCARY..... SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO SAVE THE DAY? Super smart loyal dogs.♡ Pretty Brave dogs!♡ That's funny my Mary, use to hiccup too=)♡Thank you for your video!!!

Labs for some reason like soapy water. My dad had a black lab and he always told the story of how there would be 2 buckets (one of soapy water and one with clean water) and his dog would always go to the soapy water to drink instead of the clean bucket. haha

Just before Christmas 2019, we had to have our 14 year old chocolate labrador to sleep due to paralysis in his back legs He was the runt of the litter, but he was amazing, intelligent and very loving. I cried like a baby, and still have moments When I wish I was with him.

It’s 1am and I had to watch some videos on chocolate labs. We also had a chocolate lab that was 14 that passed away 2 weeks ago. My heart is in pieces. That’s why I’m up. Ran across this one and read your comment. Started crying because I miss him so much. I’m sorry for your loss as well.

My choccy lab was named Rolo, he was our 3rd Lab, the runt of the litter, almost died at 6 weeks due to a strange infection ‘head gland disorder’. It left him with no fur round his muzzle, just pink skin, a bit like Homer Simpson. He recovered, he never regrew the fur but his fur-less skin gradually turned brown, it never bothered him of course. He almost made it to 14, best dog ever.

We lost our yellow Maggie 5 years ago. Waited a few months and adopted a lab hound mix. Abby is a smart dog loves rides in my pickup.❤

Both dogs are cuties. In my opinion You should always rinse your pup/dog out with clean water. Basically your rinsing them off with the same dirty water.

I am presently fostering a overweight chocolate lab, show breed, they are such wonderful dogs , tip for washing is mix the soap with water in a jug makes washing lots better

We got our Black Lab puppy April 2020 when she was 8 weeks old, so about same age as yours. She is now just shy of 1 year and is still a great puppy in a dogs body, at about 75 pounds. She is a big girl for a female lab, but an amazing athlete with rock hard muscles from exercise. Just starting to train her for pheasant hunting.

Miss my labs Ruby and Sophie. Ruby has been gone 10 years, Sophie 4 years. I still wake up once in awhile in the middle of the night hoping they're at the end of my bed. Dogs man, dogs. Freddy is a good boy.

I always remember my chocolate lab named James, he was just a pup like this one when he got stolen 3 years ago. He was such a good dog, and he was my best friend. This video brought me good memories.

@@n5freestyle100 it all happened very quickly I didn’t see who stole him. Usually we leave the front gate of my house open and he would never run away he was a good dog. One day I saw two kids go into my front yard and they were giving him dog food, I confronted them and they left. A few days later I saw them again trying to get into my front yard. But I went out and as soon as they saw me they left. The day I lost him, the gate was open as usual and he was just chilling in the front porch and my mother says he just randomly got up and ran out the gate, my mother chased him but couldn’t reach him so she yelled at me to get the dog and I started running. I saw my dog turn to a right and when I reached the turn he was gone, and all I could see was a car driving away really fast. Consider that my dog was obese so he ran pretty slow so it was impossible that he just disappeared out of nowhere like that. Plus in my country dogs constantly get stolen to sell. We assumed he got stolen.

I use Pert Plus, classic clean, on all 3 labs I have. It kills fleas on contact, prevents fleas and it moisturizes their skin. Makes them VERY shiny!

My Chocolate Lab is Ethel.. because my other dog is Fred, so I call them the Mertz's.. I loved , I love Lucy.. Fred is an Australian Shepherd and tbh I get so offended that people give Fred more attention because they think he's just so cute.. Ethel is beautiful and she looked like this puppy 2 mos ago. She's just growing up. Sometimes people are so weird .. And Fred is absolutely inlove with his girl. If only he knew , so he could growl at those people. 😁

I just found out my cousins dog might be having puppies, and if she does I get one! She’s a choc lab and if her date goes well with another choc lab, she should be having puppies in May. I’m so exited if ti works that I’m watching choc lab videos, I’m even thinking of a name haha!
