The contrast between your soft yet clear vocals and the tone/mood of the instrumental really elevates the song, and the mix absolutely does justice to it all. The harmonies and layering in this cover are wonderful!

I remember that you always would encourage me to try new things, and although there are mixed opinions this time, I still think it's worth experimenting with these ideas. The bit from 0:40 to 0:55 is surprisingly fitting. Your usual lovely warm and bright voice can do darkness too :o Have you ever considered covering songs like Hide and Seek (see the Lizz Robinett or Zhou Shen versions)

Aww thank you! I quite like singing creepy songs but other than Circle You, Circle You, I haven't done any others. Hide and Seek sound like a great suggestion! I didn't even realize Zhou Shen has a version :000

@@AirahTea Honestly Zhou Shen's Hide and Seek would suit/show off your voice so well, especially his operatic high notes which I know you'd do so well :) His version is called 天堂岛之歌 and I couldn't find the live performance video anymore on youtube, only people's reaction videos...
