Hey Bob I wanted to ask do you know any ready made meals for t25. This is because school and work is making it difficult to make food. Are there any foods where I can buy, stick it in the microwave for few minutes and have it or does is the nutrition guide the only option.

Some people have fat feet some dont...That is Not accurate...Only good way to measure % is in the water chamber
