+Fidel Sliwa might be the collectives bug, you found it but it didnt count it for you

Fidel Sliwa I was missing one even after I got into the Death Tomb in Shadow's Edge, this guy shows getting only one in Shadow's Edge Death Tomb when there are actually two in there. One is where he shows you on the ceiling spike, the other is right above the door to the tomb.
