Thank you so much for the information that I was looking for! But I'm still confused about the AP test requirements from Bocconi. They require the minimum of 3 AP scores that are 3 or above and 1 AP score that can be substituted by the SAT Subject test (total 4 AP scores). Did u meet all the criteria for the AP tests? Thank you again!!

Hello, I really enjoyed your video, it was amazing and it helped me a lot. I have a question regarding the SAT. In an online platform a student wrote that if you get a certain score on the SAT (I think it was 1500) you can get a scholarship or a certain discount to the tuition fee. Is this really true? 😅

Heyy Im taking the sat in March :)) How did u get that score? Which books did u use? How many hours did u study per day and for how long did u prepare?? Do u have any tips and tricks? Btw love your content!!!!

Hi, Ezgi! To be honest, I didn't study very much for the SAT, but I became familiar with the content and style by doing some practice questions on Khan Academy, a website that provides free online SAT practice with supplemental videos explaining why the answers are correct. I highly recommend it! You can find the link to the site in the description to this video. I sometimes answered questions from an app I downloaded called "SAT Question of the Day," and that helped a bit too! If you're really interested in preparing a lot for the exam, I'd recommend the Baron's SAT book! You can find them secondhand on Amazon, Ebay, etc. for discounted prices. I used Baron's to prepare for the AP tests I took, and I found the questions to be more difficult than the actual exam (which is perfect because you'll be overprepared and get a higher score:) Feel free to ask any additional questions, and good luck on the test! ♥ xoxo

I would recommend you study until you feel like there's nothing else you can improve on. It may seem vague, but there's only so much you can study for standardized exams like this. Also, my number one tip is that you get a lot of sleep the night before the exam! Good luck ♥ xoxo

hi, I applied in the winter session with SAT score 1290 and wasnt offered a place (probably due to poor GPA), nevertheless I am applying again in the spring session - would you recommend me to take Bocconi test or attach SAT results again? thanks :)

Hey, Jack! 1290 is a good score, but there is a lot of competition at Bocconi, especially this year! A good GPA is extremely crucial to be accepted, so maybe that's what's setting you back. When it comes to the Bocconi test vs the SAT, I think it depends; maybe you can try the practice exam linked in the description. If you find it easier than the SAT, maybe it would be worthwhile for you to consider taking it instead. Don't hesitate to ask any additional questions & good luck! :)

Hi!! I'm a senior in HS and I got a 33 on the ACT. I've taken AP Lang (3), AP World (4), AP Human (5), and AP US History (3), and this year I'm taking AP French, AP Spanish, AP Macroeconomics, AP Microeconomics, & IB Math SL and finishing IB Biology HL. I have a 3.95 unweighted GPA and a 4.31. I'm 53 out of 832 in my class (my HS is huge). Do you think I have a shot? I don't know if they will look at Math SL as calculus, but that's all we are doing in the class.. My AP exam scores are low for AP Lang & APUSH as my mom died that week :( and I had no motivation......

Secondly, you should definitely apply! 3/5 counts as passing for Bocconi, and you only need to pass five exams to be admitted! Hi, Holly! Bocconi offers a type of financial aid that is based on the assets your parents own and the income they receive. There are four different "income brackets," the first one being the most discounted and the top one being the full price of tuition. There are also some scholarships available. Hey! I’m a senior and I haven’t passed 5 AP exams. Besides that, my GPA and SAT are quite high and I have lots of extra curricular activities. Will I not be accepted to Bocconi if I’ve only passed 3 exams?

Hey Kaavya! You can still take two more AP exams at the end of your senior year. You could still be accepted to Bocconi, but your offer will be conditional in that your attendance will only be permitted in the case that you end up passing two more AP tests. Good luck!

Hey! I have my SAT in two weeks. Being Indian, I have learner advanced mathematics so I find the level of maths in SAT quite easy. But I am having problems in getting the questions right in the English section of the practice tests of Khan academy. We don't speak much English here in India. Pls help me to get around 650-700 /800 in the reading and writing part. I hope you reply. Cheers! :)

Hi Roman! The degree you choose mostly depends on which career you'd like to pursue after university. I'm interested in working in finance or consulting, so I chose finance! A lot of students in my class want to pursue investment banking. Management is a good degree for those who are interested in managing for large companies. Good question! :)

Bocconi doesn't publish this information, but, in my opinion, if you have anything above a 1200, you should apply! However, it doesn't mean you won't be accepted if you have a score below that. Bocconi has a holistic approach when selecting students; it's important to write an excellent motivational letter and CV and to have good grades, too! @@vincenzotripodi1800 sorry, are you an italian candidate? I applied with a score of 1400 on the Sat, but I did a very bad essay. They should not take the essay score into consideration though, since it is not compulsory.

Hi! I'm Italian and I have been studying in the US for ten months, my English is fluent but not as a native speaker. When I took the ACT at school I had a great score in the math and science part but the English part wasn't good enough: my total score was 22. Do u think I should try again with the ACT (but I don't think I can improve a lot in the English part) or I should go for the Bocconi's entry test? What's a good ACT score? (When I took the ACT it wasn't for this purpose: my American school just made me do it)

Ciao, Ilaria! Are you looking to study at Bocconi in Italian or in English? If you choose to study in Italian, I would definitely recommend you take a stab at the Bocconi test. If you prefer to study in English, it's up to you.. The Bocconi test is more quantitative, which could benefit you since you're stronger in math and science than in language arts. The SAT and ACT give you a competitive edge in that you might be considered as more "international," so I would recommend the SAT or the ACT again after practicing a bit! To be quite honest, 22/36 likely won't be considered a competitive score in Bocconi's eyes, but don't give up! Keep working, and it'll be worth it in the end! Good luck! ♥ xoxo
