Been binge watching a bunch of crown Vic swap videos over the past few years in preparation of my project. 3 weeks ago I started tearing down a 08 CVPI to swap my 1969 Sweptline long-bed onto. Strangely the algorithm brought me to your channel just when I was trying to figure out the final measurements before cutting to stretch my chassis 14” to match the long-beds wheelbase. Great stuff, very well at explaining your approach & methods, lots of tip & tricks. Subscribed and will definitely keep watching. This won’t be my last body swap, lots of ideas.

I see the truck body on the Lincoln chassis. It looks awesome. It drives. Done! Now all that is left to do is make mini panels to fill the gaps. Oh, and the doors and utility box. :-)

I would check for chassis flex. I've seen it that the bed will flex and hit the cab once you drive it. The roof was the strength that kept it from happening when it was a car. A couple of braces to stiffen it up stops it , or bolt the bed to the cab with hockey pucks for spacers. Just trying to help great job so far.
