CPAP machines work. There are masks available that are much more comfortable and less obtrusive than the ones shown in the video. It feels nice to wake up more refreshed in the morning with no grogginess or headache. I've been using a CPAP machine for 2 years, and it really makes a positive difference in the way I feel when I wake up and throughout the day.

This was great, been searching for "what are the best treatments for sleep apnea?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - letochy fast apnea plan - (should be on google have a look ) ? It is a smashing one of a kind product for discovering how to get rid of sleep apnea without the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my partner got amazing success with it.

Its uncomfortable to sleep with a full face mask , i am 37 ,mother of very active ,never imagine i would be using a machine to sleep ,but i am sleeping now ,I use to wake up because I felt I wasn't breathing I would cry , my breathing stopped 18 times at the sleep center ,I know it's uncomfortable but use it if you need it ,you wake up with more energy

Mine gets especially worse when I have depressive episodes from daytime sleepiness. That combined with lack of cognitive functions is literally hell.

It is. I'm on my six or seventh attempt to be able to get a CPAP to work for me since first being diagnosed eleven years ago. I'm doing better, but the medical establishment doesn't do anything to support patients in trying to get the machine to work.

It takes some getting used to. Try wearing the CPAP about an hour before sleep. That will give you time to get used to the air flow before you doze off.

What do you do when nothing helps your sleep apnea? I've had surgery and I've tried CPAP on several occasions with no help. I just give up.

Something is not right here. Seams Sleep apnea can only occurs when you on your back! Technically if you change your sleeping position it should despair due to gravity? No one talks about this. I think something is missing. All these videos done by sleep clinic.

Oksana Kamensky it can also happen on your side. Apnea’s are more likely to occur on your and when your in rem since you are having to breath harder with muscle tone loss. But some people experience apnea’s more on their sides. It depends on the individual

I snore on my side too. It's worse sleeping on my back, but it's definitely possible to have obstructive breathing sleeping on your side.

I have sleep apnea and I sleep on my stomach all night. Set aside the sleeping position, those with different diagnosis have biologically inherent issues that causes the apneas to appear in the first place, like the tongue being to large or still having your tonsils. How or how long I sleep, does not matter any way, since my underlying issue still isn't fixed. Most people don't know that everyone has apneas, but it's below 5 and not hindering. Hopefully I can finally experience a good night sleep myself this year.

when it is mild apnea, they give you that advice. But it doesnt work for most. I used to go on side instinctively during sleep, it probably helped 10% of times. Unless you are professional, stop shitting on videos done by sleep clinic.
