Why no mention in the details of the main people who will be searching the river? At 5:18 is the volunteer crew from the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) probably from their Tower station. They respond up to 4 or 5 times a day sometimes to river incidents from Tower (permanently manned). Stations at Gravesend, Tower, Chiswick and Teddington on the Thames.
