Worlds hardest punch? Ok w/e we'll let that one slide. I'm a big fan of the beast, but those punches are more akin to swinging a flail. It leaves me worried that if he ever does actually fight Thor, that Thor's cross will ko him...

Dude is literally a beast. Got the core of a 9ft tall warrior. I imagine his air doesnt last long though...too much muscle and mass works against you at a point. I would imagine he goes wildman and kills anyone in the first round...but anyone who can move and survive will easily pick him apart when he gasses.

Thor has the same problem, although I think vs Devon he was actually a little lighter than Eddie now which is crazy considering he was 450 for the 501kg deadlift. Both of them are such massive people

Check out Eddie's new vid with Matt. Major focus on cardio and endurance. Winded will not be a problem for him, I suspect. Technique might be another issue, but he keeps his actual sparring sessions secret, so who knows.

@@annetjievz Cardio will always be an issue at his size, the bigger the muscles the more oxygen they require, he's huge but when it comes to boxing he's in terrible shape.

I want Eddie to win the fight but Thor definitely has better technique, although Eddie has insane one punch knock out power, so it will be a brilliant match up. Fair play on taking the punches Matt, you could maybe get a fight on the undercard😂

Thor is still incredibly slow and telegraphs everything. It would be trivial for someone with decent training to avoid all his punches.

Watching Eddie’s previous sparring and Thor’s actual fights I’d say Eddie has a more natural boxers style and by far the most aggressive. This video is just for fun though and doesn’t give anything away in regards to Eddie’s ability.

10:00 There's nowhere for the force to go. The pad stops localised pressure, but I don't hit hard, and I can wind people through a protector. A karate exponent roundhoused a pad I was holding and I ended up on the ground! The energy has to go somewhere, and bar a little bit of noise, it's going into you. (He moved every time).

The downward application of force seems to helps transfer the force better. When I used to do Karate, you'd make sure you kicked downwards, not upwards.

If he trained boxing, he would get more power , but he will lose some strength. Through boxing, balance and technique improves and that increase the power of punches. Without balance and proper footwork, there is no power. In boxing, is more important with Balance, footwork, distance, understanding angles,speed, and above everithing TIMING. Those are the components to get a devastating punches.

Look at Thor! From 206 kg to 154 kg and in an amazing form. He have also trained boxing not just hurt his trainingmates with big hits when they not punch back. It's incredible the transformation Thor has done, Eddie looks almost the same and he have maybe lost 10-20kg in bodyweight at the most, he has still much fat on him. It's the kind of fat that exists within the muscles and not just outside/on top.
