I had very little sleep last night. Said to myself this morning "nah, I'm not going to the gym today"...I heard myself and thought ""What the fuck are you saying"". So I watched this. Now I AM going to the gym. Thanks for these videos....they really work.

Its really nice to see variety on bodybuilding videos. Bodybuilding has his followers and we don't really care what people say about the sport so dont try to change people mind's on people that doesn't count. Keep doing the amazing work. It would be really nice to se a Tom Platz video from you.

Such an inspirational video. ive watched pretty much everyone of these videos but this is my favourite one. I love the words 'even Mr Olympia started somewhere' i am only starting my bodybuilding journey and i know one day i will be at that level where you walk down the street feeling like a king. thanks for your inspiration mate
