I tell you, I love videos like this. Been at tye gym virtually every day since mid Jan 2017 and seeing results. Just be consistent and persistent. You actually motivated others in the process. Everyone knows me at the gym now and I've gotten few compliments like "trying to be like you." Keep that fire burning.

i started my second weight loss journey recently , and i remembered this from 5 years ago when i started my first (gained the 50 lbs back plus 20 more, meaning 70 to get back to where I was ) i’m 20 down so far , determined to finish. i wont give up, i wont rebound this time . i’m 18, and i need to shape my physique to be the best it can be , because i’ll never be this young and full of energy ever again.
