Look forward to trying the "A Frame Torso Rotation Foot Across". Thanks, GMB. I've been making good progress with your online courses, great to develop skill and mobility, along with strength. Different from my gym routines in the past, and been a great help dealing with back pain.

For some reason I always imagine Ryan lying in bed in the morning when doing these voiceovers. Dosn't really want to get up, no just gonna stay here under the cover doing me some voiceover, while peeking out at the video.

My first reaction, when I saw the title, was 'just another core thing' but this is definitely more than that. I love the way it integrates into what I'm already doing and develops the movements too! Thanks guys - always looking for helpful ways to move forwards! (metaphorically AND physically! :D)

Yes, I thought the same thing, but those movements really engaged my core. Honestly, these are the best core exercises that I've ever tried. It also might be that from all the trying, my core is finally beginning to engage. I still have a monumental way to go to get my core going on.

Yes, that is very true. Last night I was doing the knee to the elbow and cross elbow and I could really feel my core engaging. I plan to do many, many more of her moves. I'm learning a lot. she is very inspirational.

@@gmbfit I was working on one of the moves just 5 minutes ago. I got the bundle from GMB a little over a week ago. Then I found out I really have to go back to the basics. I was doing push-up a couple of years ago on my knees. Last week I had to start doing push-ups on my knees with my elbows in. It really set me back. I'm building that up along with the bear walk, the monkey prep, the frog attempt jump, and the crab walk.. It cost some cash, but I'm glad I'm in. I've been watching you guys for a while now. Shout out to Ryan. One day, I'll reply to his coming on board email. Thanks GMB Fitness. You guys, and me now that I'm in ROCK!!!!

Looks like oblique crunches to me. A bicep curl is really a bicep crunch. Neither arms curl. Just saying...most exercises are cruches. Just named differently.

Well actually a crunch is a specific named exercise putting the spine in a certain position. These movements do work your core but work from a full range of motion. You can easily get caught up in semantics but I'm not sure that is really point. :)
