It was so exciting to be invited to your gracious home, so we could accompany you from the start of this new adventure. I loved the entertainment provided by your two other pups and kitty, whilst Frikkie was mostly keeping a close watch on Werner, making light work of niftily packing everything into your 4x4. Frikkie was determined not to be forgotten! 😄 The day’s heat would have knocked me, but travelling there was a comfortable experience, with the aircon running and cosy cushions for Annelie and Frikkie to enjoy a little nap en route. It was most interesting to see the rooibos tea setup! And a new experience gathering a tub full of freshly prepared tea to brew later on. I was pleased to hear it undergoes a steam wash (after seeing the 🥾 and 🚜 walking and driving over the tea 😁. I noticed the earnestness in Annelie’s voice, when Frikkie was quickly called to come away 😁 He looked very keen to examine the tea up close and may have considered it a good enough spot to cock his leg 😂 Well done, Mama 👏🏻 The swimming pool looked inviting and you made the most of your cooling swim. Frikkie clearly felt more than one swim was a little unnecessary 😂 especially with all those marvellous new smells and places to explore! It really is a very pretty setting with the stone masonry structures, lush green lawn and pretty reeds and waterlily covered stream/pond alongside. I am so excited for the next episode - and to see you “christen” your brand new rooftop ⛺️

Hello guys 😊 This was a really nice way to relax this Sunday afternoon. I'm just so amazed how you guys find your way to these "middle of nowhere" places 😅 It must be such a wonderful life to constantly experience pure nature! I'm a rooibos drinker so this was pretty interesting 😊 I'd love to know how that very raw tea tasted 😅 Frikkie is an absolute darling, and nice to see your other pets playing together at your beautiful home 😊 I would also definitely stay in that pool in that kind of heat! While you are there....Learn the history of the Benede Oranjerivier.From Boegoeberg to Augrabies.....This is where Thousands of poor white africaners during the depression in 1933 got 6ha plots of land for free...in exchange they helped to buildt the irrigation scheme....use the money they earn...and slowly developt their land....the same was with soldiers who came back from WW2 .. it was not easy...they worked for 10sjillings a week...but it was hard times....so that you can tell the White Domkoppe who claim africaners never got land for free that , that is NOT true....you currently stand on land that once was given to someone for free...Its time to learn your own history...I wish I could take you on tour from there to Vioolsdrif...my family concurred that land .....
